FUNDRAISING/VOLUNTEERING NON-COMPLETION FEES

2025-2026

 

The following fees are associated with non-completion of your fundraising and volunteer responsibilities:

 

Bottle drives: $50/bottle drive that was not completed

**In order to receive credit for a bottle drive, you must sign in, stay and participate for the entire duration, and sign out. Failure to do any of these will result in it being marked as incomplete. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure all steps are completed.

Volunteer points: $50/volunteer point that was not completed

Swim-a-thon: $100

Rafflebox (or associated 50/50 fundraiser): $100

 

**As an example, if a swimmer completed 1 out of 2 required volunteer points, 1 out of 2 bottle drives, and did not do the swim-a-thon fundraising, the following charges would be added to their account:

 

$50 for the volunteer point

$ 50 for the bottle drive

$100 for the swim-a-thon

 

Totaling: $200 

 

**If you withdraw from Triton Swim Club prior to February 7, 2026, you will be responsible for half of the total fundraising and volunteering commitments associated with your swim level. If you withdraw after this date, you will be responsible for the full fundraising and volunteering commitments.** 

 

**All non-completion charges will be added to the account at the end of the season for volunteer points, at the end of the fundraiser for the Rafflebox and Swim-a-thon, and after the last bottle drive date for bottle drives.
