FUNDRAISING APPENDIX

2025-2026

Our club relies heavily on fundraising to help cover our yearly costs.  It is important that ALL families participate.

 

BOTTLE DRIVES 

Bottle Drives are a huge source of revenue for our club and we would REALLY appreciate it if families chose to participate in the Bottle Drives rather than opting for the buyout.  These are the types of fundraising activities that help keep our fees as low as possible. Each bottle drive is only roughly 2.5 hrs, and the kids go out in groups so they also get to know each other more! 

Swimmers in TAG and above are required to complete THREE (3) bottle drives. Any non-completion charges will be added to accounts after the final bottle drive of the season.

 

Swimmers in Junior Triton, JAG and Teen Fit are required to complete TWO (2) bottle drives.  Any non-completion charges will be added to accounts after the final bottle drive of the session.

 

*Parents are required to stay and help with bottle drives. (Walking with the kids, driving a vehicle for the bottles or helping at the Depot). 

 

**In order to receive credit for a bottle drive, you must sign in, stay and participate for the entire duration, and sign out. No exceptions will be made. Failure to do any of these will result in it being marked as incomplete. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure all steps are completed.

 

Bottle drives typically run from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Current proposed dates for the 2025/26 bottle drives are as follows (subject to change):

1. Beaumont - September 13th, 2025

    Meet at 9:30am at the BSRC Parking Lot.

    Door to door from 10am-12pm

2. Leduc - October 18th, 2025

    Meet at 9:30am at the Leduc Rec Center Parking Lot

    Door to door from 10am-12pm

3. Beaumont - November 22nd, 2025

    Meet at 9:30am at the BSRC Parking Lot.

    Door to door from 10am-12pm

4. Leduc - March 7, 2026

    Meet at 9:30am at the Leduc Rec Center Parking Lot

    Door to door frmom 10am-12pm

5. Beaumont - March 21st, 2026

    Meet at 9:30am at the BSRC Parking Lot.

    Door to door from 10am-12pm

6. Leduc - April 23rd, 2026

    Meet at 9:30am at the Leduc Rec Center Parking Lot

    Door to door from 10am-12pm

7. Beaumont - May 7th, 2026

    Meet at 9:30am at the BSRC Parking Lot.

    Door to door from 10am-12pm




RAFFLE BOX

Rafflebox will run until November 23rd.

 

Each swimmer in JAG and above will be required to sell $100 worth of tickets. As an alternative they can opt out and the club will charge $100 to the credit card on file.

 

Draw Date will be November 23, 2025 on the pool deck at the LRC.

Any charges will be added to accounts on December 1, 2025.

There is no fundraising requirement for Junior Triton and Teen Fit swimmers for this event but participation is encouraged as this is one of our largest club fundraisers.    

 
SWIM-A-THON

This is a really fun event and we would love for all swimmers in all groups to participate.  All swimmers will be required to have a minimum of $100 in donations. As an alternative they can opt out and the club will charge $100 to the credit card on file.  Any charges will be added to accounts the day after the Swim-a-thon.
