VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS
- Volunteer commitments are mandatory and are measured in “POINTS'' which are based on the group your swimmer is registered in. Volunteer commitments are required by all groups. Duties required vary based on the group and are outlined in the Fundraising and Volunteer Information sheet. These commitments need to be met before the end of your level’s season.
- Volunteer commitments are per family and based on the highest-level swimmer.
- There are mandatory bottle drives and fundraising commitments for all swimmers. The amount required per swimmer is determined by the group they are registered in and outlined in the Fundraising and Volunteer Information sheet.
- There is an option to buyout all fundraising and volunteer commitments at registration. Amounts are determined by the group they are registered in and outlined in the Fundraising and Volunteer Information sheet. This option is no longer available once registration is complete.
- We host two fundraisers each session. The first is a 50/50 currently run through Rafflebox in the fall, and the second is the Swim-a-thon that runs in the spring. Fundraising commitments can be found on the Fundraising and Volunteer Information Sheet for each swim level. Please note, participation in the Rafflebox fundraising is optional for Junior Triton and Teen Fit swimmers, but raising $100 in this fundraiser would count towards the completion of one volunteer point.
- Fees for unfulfilled Volunteer Points, Bottle Drives, and Fundraising responsibilities can be found in the Fundraising and Volunteer Information sheet.
